By using PROCUL (procul.world) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

PROCUL is a travel-planning tool. Some itinerary suggestions and place descriptions are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or out of date — verify key details (hours, prices, whether a place is open) yourself before you travel or book.

“Book” links take you to third-party sites (e.g. Tiqets, Klook, via Travelpayouts). Any booking is a contract between you and that site; PROCUL is not a party to it and isn't responsible for their products, prices, or service. These are affiliate links and we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.

The plans you create are yours. You grant us permission to store and process them to provide and sync the service. You can delete them anytime from the Privacy page.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PROCUL is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, the inaccuracy of AI content, or third-party sites.

We may update these terms, or change or suspend the service at any time. Material changes update the date above.
